First things first, I am a guy so the V. Factor will be of no use to me because 1. It is designed to synchronize with women’s bodies, and 2. I keep myself in trim.

I did buy the program so that I could complete as an honest assessment as I can. The way that I can do this is bring together some women’s experiences with it and list a few of them below. These experiences are from the forum and personal blogs that are included on V. Factor. Obviously you will more than likely have checked many recommendations and endorsements whilst exploring the internet.

Ok so today is Day 1 of Week 2, I finally made it! In the first week I lost 6 lbs. and 1 in. off of my waist!! I am very excited about this even though I still have a long road to travel. This past week was definitely a rollercoaster ride, I had some trouble the day before and after my maintenance day but I never went over my daily calorie intake!!! Not sure if I how I’m going to handle Week 3 & 4 once I start going higher in how much I eat it’s almost like I can’t control myself!

Anyways on a good note I lost 6 lbs.!!!!!!! Can’t wait to see what the changes will be this week!

Wow! I am so stoked!!! Today is week 2, day 1 and I have yet to start the weight portion of the program…still trying to make a space at home for this and have made great progress!!! I haven’t checked my measurements, yet, but I have lost 9.1 pounds in 1 week!!!! I just pray this trend continues!!!

I started week 5 this week and decided to take some progress pictures (which I still can’t seem to figure out how to upload on here!) but, I am so amazed at the progress I see so far. It’s hard to tell when you look in the mirror every day but when you see where you started and where you are the change is amazing!! My daughter looked at the pics and couldn’t believe that her mom had changed so much already! Thanks Venus!!

Sooo happy to report that the pounds are shedding. I feel fantastic still early days but my clothes are getting loose. Seeing the needle go back on the scales is amazing…..keep on going people.

So feeling really pumped, lost 2.5 kilos and 5 cm off my waist so to translate about 5 pounds and 2 inches. Absoulutely stoked as I have never had that kind of sucess on any other program. I know there are quite a few of you out there who are also due to weigh in today, can’t wait to hear how you all went!

I can’t believe I am almost through week 9. I have been reading some of the blogs here, and I see a theme of regretting not getting started sooner and some discouragement about the road ahead. Although I am on Week 9 of Venus, I got back on the fitness bandwagon at the end of May. I, too was discouraged that it was almost summer, and I was not in good shape. My summer clothes and bikini were not going to fit. But, as I thought about, I realized that there was really no downside to being in better shape by Labor Day (September). The cool thing was that even by August, I was looking and feeling so much better.

When I look at my progress now, I realized that it is a gift from the past me. That girl in May that decided that now was the time.


There are thousands of blog entries so I can’t list them all here. The general feeling I get is that in the first couple of weeks, the fat falls off pretty rapidly and then it seems to plateau out. This is where a lot of women get discouraged slightly and begin to doubt what they are doing. However, those women that stay with the program see results over the long term.

What I did see with a lot of the women that seemed to be having trouble dropping those pounds or hitting a sticking point, was that they were asking lots of questions that were in the already dealt with in either the videos or the ebooks. In other words, they hadn’t read all of the information correctly, or they hadn’t read it at all. This fat loss program should really be thoroughly understood before it is embarked upon.

The whole concept of this women’s fat reduction system is based around how women’s bodies react with leptin. Leptin is a protein hormone that occurs in both men and women. The ebooks are well written and can be easily understood. You don’t have to be an expert to understand everything as it is written for a novice, however the part which describes how leptin works in the body may need to be read a few times, very interesting though. The “12 week weight loss plan” ebook has 70 meal plans for different calorie deficits of 1000 to 1700. The V. F. workout manual is made up of 36 workouts, that’s 3 workouts per week over a period of 12 weeks. To go hand in hand with the workout manual and to demonstrate the exercises are about 180 videos that cover all areas of the body.

How long would it take to get results?

Well, this is a very subjective question.
